ABSTRACT

Life is becoming too busy to get medical appointments in person and to maintain a proper health care. The main idea of this work is to provide ease and comfort to patients while taking appointment from doctors and it also resolves the problems that the patients has to face while making an appointment. The android application Mr.Doc acts as a client whereas the database containing the doctor’s details, patient’s details and appointment details is maintained by a website that acts as a server.

Leadership is not a position or rank. We can start being a leader need not wait for position or rank. The Fundamental responsibilities of a leader like being friendly and treat all the team members equally. He should allow the team members to grow together with him equally by sharing the information and skills that he knows and help each other whenever there is a need. Leadership is nothing but a person who leads us by example in the right way to achieve great heights.

A super connected smart home is a perfect example of how the IoT is becoming part of everyday life.Smart home technology use devices connected to the Internet of things (IoT) to automate and monitor in-home systems. It stands for Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology.

INTERNET OF THINGS

INTRODUCTION:

The Internet of Things (IoT) is the network of physical devices, vehicles, home appliances, and other items embedded with electronics, software, sensors and connectivity which enables these things to connect and exchange data from surrounding environments using embedded sensors, processors and communication hardware.

HISTORY:

The definition of iot has evolved due to convergence of multiple technologies,real time analytics,machine learning and embedded systems.The first application of iot is the invention of a coke machine in the year 1982, at carnegie mellon university.This machine was able to report its inventory and whether newly loaded drink were cold.

APPLICATIONS:

One of main application is smart city. Major aspects of a smart city are: Smart parking, Intelligent transport system, Tele-care, Woman Safety, Smart urban lighting, Waste management, Smart city maintenance, Water Management.

ENGINEERING PROJECT : MASKED FACE RECOGNITION

ABSTRACT

Coronavirus has had a huge impact on the world, infecting around 169 million people globally. Wearing a mask and maintaining social distance are two of the safety precautions to follow in this pandemic circumstance to prevent the virus from spreading. It became difficult to identify a person wearing a mask in this scenario because masks were required everywhere. As a result, So, we came up with the idea of “Masked Face Recognition” to create a safe environment that contributes to public safety. In this paper, we propose a reliable method to detect masked faces in real-time based on FaceNet, Convolution Neural Network, and deep learning techniques in python.

REQUIREMENTS

1.PC consisting a web cam. 2.Python software. 3.Some librares for python (Tensor flow, Opencv, Dlib , Keras, Etc).

CONCLUSION

We have made use of Convolution Neural Network which trains fast and has better CPU runtime. We can recognize a person wearing a mask with good accuracy.By using this model in these prevailing conditions, we can reduce the spread of disease(Corona virus).

WHY-CSE-OR-ECE?

I will suggest he decide first what he wants to study and graduate through the software or hardware side. As so many students join ECE because they think that if they join ECE they can either go software or hardware side. Yes, it is correct but in some perspectives, if he should be ready to face any challenges. ECE is a little bit harder than CSE. ECE involves core concepts if he can adapt and learn the core concepts easily he can go to ECE and he can also learn some programming languages. They will use for him in future like placements etc… If he has an interest in software but wants to select ECE for other reasons. I will suggest he to select CSE/IT because it is the best path for him to grow.
